The 3 main reasons that dieting sucks...
The food does not tastes as good, Im no gormet chef or anything but I can cook a little bit, but I dont care what you say, it does not taste as good, fat, grease, and sugar tastes good to me, Fried chicken > grilled chicken.
Its more expensive, there is nothing healthy on the .99 cent menu.... It takes to long, I dont have time to prepare 3 healthy full blown meals per day...... But mainly, the food sucks.... |

Ok, what does this have to do with "health" and fitness? Eating healthy does not equal dieting, by the way. I'm not sure this belongs in here.
![]() I know that since I've been eating healthy, whenever I eat something loaded with chemicals or whatever I get sick. |

will, i was having this same discussion with somebody last week. after a year or two of "diet" or "eating healthy" it just turns into "eating".
What you can do. experiment with salts, mustards, vinegars, and all different kinds of peppers. experiment with reductions including small amounts of honey. caramelize natural sugars to make simple syrups, just be careful with them. and last but not least man, you gotta have a cheat day once a week. once a week go all out. breakfast at mcdonald's (get there before 10:30!), lunch at sonnys, chinese buffet for dinnner, and later on when chilling with the gang, hungry howie's pizza for the munchies. seriously. one day a week it wont' kill you, make sure you include plenty of beer and soda as well. As long as you're squatting, deadlifting, or just lifting heavy and playing hard in general the next day, and the day prior, you'll be fine. sometimes i don't even workout on my cheat days, but since my induction into crossfit, i've been much more active. i can use all the calories i can get.. I'm the lightest i've been in over a year. |

I mean i hate to agree with Willy but shit eating healthy is way more of diet that most of the scams out there and ppl cutting out everything but proteins or no sugar no carbs....eating healthy while not going to extremes is way harder than diet plans out there.
i hate eating healthy i do great on the weekdays and then the weekend hits and boom out the window that why i am semi stuck where i'm at. PPl at work and my personal life keep asking if i've lost lbs. but i have not still 225ish but i lose some body fat gain some muscle and i look thinner but no diff in lbs... it all sucks it was much easier (not happier) just being fat and not caring. Much easier! |

after their first "dining out" experience everyone was spewing their guts out and the dad was crying saying this family was poisoning his kids. it was actually really funny seeing a grown man blubber like a baby
