Colon cleaning....
Anyone done it before? Tube machine or the pill(s) routine?
I post this on another forum, wanna to know whats your recommantion or advice on this subject? From reading for an hour off the net, there's seem to be more of a debate about this subject. Mostly is a good thing to do, to clean ur system. Or would it be better off just eating "green" for awhile? For some reason, latly I seen to snack on celery? |

Yeah, I've done it. I used a product called Colonix, and truthfully, it was a waste of money. If you want to clean your colon, head over to the local drug store, into the laxitive section, and buy a big thing of, "Fiber laxitive." Same shit as the fiber suppliments you get with the colon cleaner, but you'll save yourself about $60. The only ingredient is psyllium seed husk, so it's not like a chemical laxitive, it's just a whole buch of ultra dehydrated ruffage. Increase your water intake if you take a fiber suppliment, otherwise you'll end up backed up like US19 in rush hour traffic.
