Goals for October...

Anyone have specific goals they want to meet by the month's end? Did anyone have goals for September that they met, or missed?

My goal for September was to get to 190#, and lower my body fat, while increasing my lean muscle mass and strength. I got down to 191#, and met both other goals.

October brings in a new method of training for me. Abs/Cardio/Pulleys only, for 30 days. Protein Shake diet... I'm aiming for 185#, and being super lean. I'll be doing the pulley exercises to increase striations, and keep my strength while losing the body fat. I've been doing a ton of my exercises on the Bosu Ball, and that's really bringin up my core strength and definition.

Then it'll be time to hibernate for the winter... I smell a Mass-Cycle, and at least 20# of gainage from November to January!

I had an aggressive goal to hit 185 but got down to 191 as well.....October is a bulking month for me....bulk in Novemnber and then shred in December....Repeat Jan-March and I should have a great beach body!

i want to get upto 215 i am hovering around 206 right now, i am up from 191 aug 1st

Right on man, congrats!! You'll be able to get to 185 easily man, and especially if you keep running your ass off on these damn 5K runs and shit!! haha.

It's a difficult time for me to shred around the Holidays, with the good eatin' and drinkin' coming up! So I try to base my training schedule around that
