Goals for October...
Anyone have specific goals they want to meet by the month's end? Did anyone have goals for September that they met, or missed?
My goal for September was to get to 190#, and lower my body fat, while increasing my lean muscle mass and strength. I got down to 191#, and met both other goals. October brings in a new method of training for me. Abs/Cardio/Pulleys only, for 30 days. Protein Shake diet... I'm aiming for 185#, and being super lean. I'll be doing the pulley exercises to increase striations, and keep my strength while losing the body fat. I've been doing a ton of my exercises on the Bosu Ball, and that's really bringin up my core strength and definition. Then it'll be time to hibernate for the winter... I smell a Mass-Cycle, and at least 20# of gainage from November to January! ![]() -Josh |
