Having Trouble Sleeping - Please help
It doesn't matter what I do. I just can't sleep. So I'm wondering if any of you know of sleep aides that work and by work I mean put you asleep, keep you asleep and don't leave you groggy in the morning. Lunesta, Tyenol PM, Ambien, Xanex, Valium & Klotopin don't work for me. I've also tried ZMA which is definitely interesting, but not sure if it works. Sometimes it put me to sleep sometimes it kept me up.

Im one of those guys that Bekah described. After a hardcore training session (mostly strongman stuff, but sometimes gym lifting if it is intense enough) I come home and just lay on my bed. If i dont have anything to do, ill pass out, if not I need about an hour to be able to function again.
its worth a shot. |

Try benadryl. Its not for sleeping but it will put you out.
Ambien is probably a bad idea. Funny stuff about it. http://www.nytimes.com/2006/03/08/bu...bien.html?_r=1 http://www.cracked.com/article/145_t...-sleepwalking/ |

The point everyone is trying to make Ze, is for you to push yourself to physical exhaustion. On a side note, you could try drinking a bottle of JD and pass out. It may not be on the bed but youll be sleeping. lol |
