I've used that an Amped while working out. I've noticed a difference in the points in which I fatigue during a workout, for example I might just suddenly die on rep 8 versus getting to 6 and having to stuggle to 8. If I'm tired it's nice, but I rarely see any more reps with or without it. It does keep you slightly more focused because you're all tweaked out on the caffeine, and the nitric oxide does seem to give me more swole-e-osis at the gym. I get it cheap, so I use it, but I wouldn't die without it. I see a lot more results from not eating absolute bullshit and taking vitamins than I do from Amped or No Xplode.

when i first started taking No-Xplode I felt "something"....but the last couple days I feel like my body has gotten used to it and I feel like I'm losing energy. I actually felt like taking a nap while lying on the flat bench today between sets.

Gotta take it 30-45 minutes before working out so it has time to digest. Also, once you kill a tub take some time off or switch to something else if you need it, otherwise you'll just get used to it. I'd be willing to bet feeling sluggish was due to what you ate prior and not to the no xplode though.

I personally think most of the "pre-workout" stuff is placebo and people need to be pushed more mentally than by a powder that they "think" is working for them. However, I do like the Nitrobolic and it is a great pre-workout motivator, but you won't push anymore weight with or without it! |

I just started working out like 4 months ago and the NO xplode was doing alot for me at first but after like 2 months not so much.... I just started taking dbol like a month ago and have already gained like 8lbs..... I think im just gonna quit the NO exlpode and continue with creatine, protein, and diana it seems to be working for now....
