I'm pretty sure it wasn't viscera that came out of you. If you have to pack it in after your done defecating its time to see a doctor. I knew a guy with six inch roids, and would have to pack them in each time he took a dump, pretty heinous.
You're in a lot of pain if you do have a tear like that, and it's extremely important to be hygienic if that's what's going on. Preparation H will help, but a doctor is the best step to take on this one. |

I've had to take a week and a half break from working out thus far because I have a very small one that doesn't much hurt or look wierd, but might if I keep straining. Upon searching, the best two things I found from people is Fiber and stool softener.
There are also other things that are suppossed to work pretty well to aid in the healing (keep in mind that some won't heal and require medical attention) such as: 1. Horse Chestnut 2. Zinc Oxide 3. Oat Straw 4. Plantain 5. Cascara Sagrada 6. Bilberry 7. Butcher's Broom Those are the ingredients in Venapro. I found some pills at a healthfood store for the most important ones (Horse Chestnut, Butcher's Broom, and I think Plantian) and am taking them. Too soon to see if its helping, but it makes sense that they would. Just remember never. Ever. Ever. to strain if you can help it, especially your abdominal muscles, until its gone one way or another. |
