Next time just go a little lighter on the opener just to get the kinks out and the stress of putting up a number off your back

I smashed my opener easily, but they said I lifted my ass(which is still questionable from video footage). from then on i was pysched out and focused on not lifting my ass, which gave me no leg drive, etc, etc ,etc. Im gonna do a full power meet in feb to redeem myself.
