This is a 3.0 ton 13.0 SEER heat pump from Rheem. It was only used for two years on my neighbors 2500 square foot house and worked flawlessly. His house was always set at 72 degrees. He moved to Mexico and told me to sell it for him. I have the pdf file from Rheem with all the exact specs and additional pictures available upon request. This needs to go ASAP. $1000 obo
