People have different tastes, and enjoy different atmosperes...
But here is a list of places that are usually busy, and have high "good time potential" in the Tampa/St. Pete area, each night of the week. This is to be an outline, so please fill in info, there are far more spots than i will list.

SUNDAY

*The Wave @ Sheppards - $1 drinks, no cover to hospitality employees. Hip hop and dance, with a weekly wet t-shirt contest.
*Stormen's - $2 u call it, $7 cover. Hiphop/dance, 93.3

MONDAY

*Bricktown 54 - $1 u call it, strict dress code. theres another thread devoted to this place.
*Peabody's - also covered
*Castle in Ybor

TUESDAY

*Stormen's - $10 sink or swim. Techno
Lets be real, its tuesday. Low key night.

WEDNESDAY

*Green Iguana - $1 drinks, no cover. Hip hop.
*The Undertow - $1 beers, no cover. No music, beach atmosphere.
*Blue Martini - Hip hop night, dress code
*The Mirage - $2 beers. Latin/Regaeton
*Czar in Ybor

THURSDAY

*The Ale House - College night: $5 pitchers, ladies drink free, no cover.
*Martini Bar - Ladies night
*Castle in Ybor
*Round Up - ladies night

FRIDAY

*Full Moon Saloon - 3:4:1 drinks, hip hop music.
*Club Skye - No specials, but always packed with hotness
*Czar in Ybor
Tons of stuff to do on the weekends, ill leave it at that.

SATURDAY

*Banana Joes - hip hop, dance.
*Prana - diff music per floor.
*Round up - $10 sink or swim
*Orpheum - $9 sink or swim
*Czar in Ybor

I included a couple of the biggest names for each night of the week, as a start. Happy crunking.

on fri night "the dubliner" in so ho is great plus u can go to mic dentons (i know i didnt spell that right, but its late) because its right down the road. there are no specials but the women are for the most part are hot and its a great atmosephere i think they bot

have bands. theres no cover for the dubliner. i know there are both 21 and up.

the dubliner only severs beer. but like i said the atmosephere is great.

Monday and Thursday night is also good for the castle.

Thursdays and Saturdays are good for round up. Thurs i believe is ladies night and saturdays are sink or swim $10.

Saturdays Orpheum. $9 i believe is the sink or swim.

Saturdays i also hear Czar is good.

I don't think they play any more techno at Stormans on Sundays, do they? Last time I heard techno in there was years ago.

Don't think there is a no jeans dress code in Ybor any night of the week. Jeans, polo, and boots gets you in almost anywhere around.

friday nights at underground (old parthenon, whiting street in downtown tampa) has good house/progressive/trance/drum and bass. cover is like $5 or $7, pretty much no dress code, isnt to the point where it's so packed you cant dance and walk around...but lots of hot girls there when i went.

for those in lakeland:

-lillians on main street in downtown has alot of shows/concerts, friday and sat nights gets pretty packed, and there are like 3 or 4 other bars within 1-2 blocks that are crowded with delicious pelt.
