2/2 Sublet - Campus Lodge, May-August
My fiance and I are moving out of state for grad school and have to leave this fabulous second-floor apartment that we've lived in for the past three years. We have sublet one bedroom to a guy already and he would prefer another male roommate. The second bedroom is actually slightly larger than the other and has more natural sunlight; it's more like a master bedroom than the other one is and is the one available. It's in Campus Lodge Apartment complex, which has gated access with nightly security guard, a large pool w/ pool volleyball area, basketball and beach volleyball courts, 24/hr gym, poolside grill and bar, and a tanning bed coming soon.
Each bedroom is leased individually, typically at $579 a month, but we are offering it at $500 a month, completely furnished and all utilities included, in order to sublet it quickly; male applicants preferred. It will be move-in ready on May 1st and the lease goes through August 7th, with the option to lease through the 2009/10 school year at the normal monthly price ($579). The apartment is 1075 square feet, extremely clean, smoke-free and pet-free. The kitchen and living room areas are the exact same size as the ones in Campus Lodge's 4 bedroom apartments, so they are quite spacious for just two people. We are willing to give tours of our apartment (to serious subletters only) or the main office has a model apartment you are welcome to go visit to get an idea of the layout. We are also listed in the Campus Lodge sublet book if you would like to contact us personally, if you are local. Campus Lodge can give you the run-down on signing a sublease, they typically require a half-month's rent for a security deposit, but feel free to call the main lodge at 813-866-9700 for more details on sublease policies. Each bedroom has a lease completely independent of the other, so you will not be responsible in any way if the other resident breaks the lease. It's a very nice place to live, close to USF and downtown Tampa, with quiet neighbors next door, but plenty of pool parties in the main lodge which is a 3-minute walk away. Lots of resident and visitor parking is available, residents get key card access to gate, pool, and gym and resident parking sticker, because they do tow non-residents nightly. Would be perfect for someone looking to take summer classes at one of the colleges in the area or just a fun summer in sunny Tampa. Their website is www.campuslodge.com if you want more info on amenities, here are some details on the solid wood furniture that comes with the apartment: large screened balcony with patio table and four chairs with ceiling fan and lighting, as well as extra storage closet, perfect for entertaining. living room with coffee table, couch, 2 chairs, entertainment center with 32' TV with Brighthouse cable, HBO and Showtime, dining table with 2 chairs, breakfast bar with 2 stools, and alarm at entrance. Kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space, huge walk-in pantry, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedrooms each have queen-size bed w/ mattress, 2 large almost floor-to-ceiling windows w/ blinds, nightstand, desk with bookshelves and chair, large 4-drawer dresser, large closet, free high-speed Internet and individual private bathroom. Bathrooms have large showers with seats inside, window, sink with lots of counter space, 2 drawers and medicine cabinet. If interested, PM me on here or e-mail me at Haddonfield13@hotmail.com. |
