2005 built 3/2/2 low taxes great price

im looking to sell my house. i had the house built in 2005. its a westfield home. its a 3bd 2 ba 2 car garage. we did alot of upgrades, both baywindows in the master bedroom and in the kitchen, crown molding in the kitchen, nice tiled back splach, tile in all wet areas, upgraded lot size, sprinklers, alarm. we dont have any dogs, kids and we take our shoes off at the door so the carpet is in great cond. the house is located in the pavillion off 301 and faulkenberg. i consider where i live brandon/riverview. but i have a tampa address
the house appraised for 225,00$

no cdd
hoa is 300$ a year
taxes- 2500$

sorry guys for the late reply.. i have been very busy.. its right at 1300sq ft
eveyone that comes into the house never believes me. it is a nice open floor plan, i did the upgraded back yard when we built the house. also i just put up gutters this past weekend.

i might be interested in a lease to purchase option. with money down.
