Requirements Per Our Hoa rules
1. They require a back ground check for anyone over 18 living in the house. The fee for this is $75 for the first person and $50 for each additional person over 18 that will be living in the house.

2. They require a contract with a lawn care service. I'm going to be looking in to this to find the best price I can but this cost would also be your responsibility
