dam 5 homes nice, if you know of any your not interested in buying in my area(holiday/tarpon/new port richey) im looking for a 2 bed 2 bath 1 garage block home or larger in bad shape/fixre upper whatever. can spend low to mid $30k range, cash close in 2 weeks(as long as not an estate with mutiple owners). You have seen my house and its not too bad of shape vs. when i bought it everyine thought it was condemed and neeeded to be torn down lol.

definately...dam missed out. i need a garage 2 bed 1 bath even is fone just something a little bigger. me and my dad are re-doing my kitchen this week so once thats done basically we re-did the entire house and im ready to move up or rent mine and have one to live in. but definately let me know even if its not directly in my area its ok i just want to stay relatively close to my parents.
