First off I want to say that this is not a Commercial Advertisement or "phishing" - I'm a frequent contributer in great standing with TR and TF Mods and Admins. Do most of these houses need "the flip" or fix after the sell the transaction? I'm sure it's a business but what if the potential buyer has his/her own contractor to do the flip??

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll do the best to answer for you.

You're not required to use our General Contractor. You're obviously able to use whomever you'd personally like/prefer. Some of my investors are G/C's themselves, so they use their own crew(s) to do the rehabs on their purchases.
