I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll do the best to answer for you.
You're not required to use our General Contractor. You're obviously able to use whomever you'd personally like/prefer. Some of my investors are G/C's themselves, so they use their own crew(s) to do the rehabs on their purchases. I hope that helps |
