Need a roomate in Brandon ** has its own bathroom **

Hey, I live in a really nice apartment in brandon called the retreat at broadway centre. my original roomate bailed on me. The room is pretty big, it has a walk in closset and its own bathroom. No one has ever lived in the room. The rent is $450 a month (utilities included). Everything in the apartment is brand new including the dishes, silverwear, couch etc. We have wireless internet, a FREE 24 hour fitness gym, a heated pool, and car wash. I want someone thats cool to chill with, and pretty down to earth. Ill be going to school full time in sept. Please message me if interested and i can get pics...

$450 a month? well i might need a roommate in 2010. I stay in brandon, so it be easy. when did u need a roommate by?
