houses for rent in tampa area

looking to move to tampa in next year or so with 2-3 of my friends. been looking online and found a shitload of nice houses we could actually afford but im trying to find one that is not located in a community or subdivision that has strict HOA (home owners assoc) rules. There will be at least 3 if not 4 of us, we are all in a car club, will prob have 2 cars each when we get down there and i would actually like to not be kicked outta where im living over something stupid. we are reasonably quiet when we have parties but main thing is parking in the street and being able to work on vehicles at the home. can anyone point me to some areas or somewhere online with some decent houses. needs at least 4 bedrooms, 2car garage or 3 wouldnt hurt. most of the places ive found online are 2000-3000sq ft which should do the trick. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You most likely wont find a nice house that will allow that. Most Tampa area neighborhoods have HOAs which prevent any of that from happening. You might wanna look farther out in Valrico, Brandon, Seffner, Wesley Chapel, or Plant City where there are houses not in neighborhoods.
