Looking for townhouse/condo in Upper Pinellas

Hello all,

My mom is preparing to put her Palm Harbor house on the market (check for photos in the FS- Housing forum soon!). Ever since my father passed away four years ago it's been difficult for her to afford the mortage, and she's finally ready to move on and find something smaller. She's going from a 4 bed 3 bath into a 2 (or 3) bed and 2 or 1 1/2 bath. She's very attached to her friends and her church as wants to stay close to them- they have been a great help to her in adjusting from being married 25 years to suddenly being single again. I guess it also doesn't help that my brother and I are both over 18 now.

WHAT SHE NEEDS:

Townhome or condo in Upper Pinellas anywhere from southern Tarpon Springs to Gulf-to-Bay Blvd, as far west as the water and as far east as Oldsmar. She would be able to get a mortage UP TO $200k if the property maintence fees are low. She would rather mortage than rent. She needs to 2 or 3 bedroom condo with 2 or 1 1/2 bathrooms. She would like a medium sized kitchen as she does cook frequently. She does not own any pets other than two caged birds, and does not smoke.

If you have any listings that fit the above descriptions, or know of any condos/townhomes in this area, please let me know. She's been searching for a while already but who knows- you might know something we haven't investigated yet. Thanks for looking!
