March 1st I want a new place!

I am looking for a new place to rent and potentially a new roomate?
i live in st pete but i work and school in tampa. i like st pete so i dont mind staying here so a place in either St Pete or Tampa would be fine.

I can do around $500 give or take for my share of the rent.
I would like to buy a doggie at some point so I would prefer a dog-friendly roomate. other than that you have to be clean and responsible, and preferably have decent taste in music, etc. i dont want anyone loud or obnoxious. male or female doesnt matter. honestly my preference from experience is to have a guy living with me.

I am flexible about the moving date, can be Feb 1st, or even April or May if I find the right person/situation.
