Need new Roomate April 1st, prefer house with yard

My lease is up at the end of March so I'll need a new roomate and new place to live come April 1st.

I would like to rent a house with a fenced yard, as I expect to have a puppy by then. I work near the westshore mall so anything within 10 miles or so would be acceptable. I would consider living in St Pete again, but it would have to be an awfully sweet deal.

Ideal situation: House with fenced yard (prefer private bath) and a Roomate with a soul.

My current roomate is a pig bastard and I can't deal with disrespectful assholes, so only considerate, clean, responsible people need respond.
