Needed: place for rent 01/07

I'm moving down to Tampa early January for a new job. I'll be working near Oldsmar, so i'd like to find a place either on the west side of Tampa. Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, etc. would all be great too. I prefer a house, but would settle for a townhouse or aparment depending on how nice it is.

Only need to rent for a year before I can buy my own place. If you know of anyone who's looking for a roomate, please let me know! Thanks.

4/2 1 yr old furnished 3 car garage. 1700/mth in trpon springs area... do you need furnished ? I have an unfurnished too but waiting on tennants to vacate.

I currently live in the USF area off of 30th and bush and I am renting from my room mate and his dad bought the duplex. I am wanting to move back around home because I am done with school. So if you wanted to take over the lease agreement then you could.

About the place.
-Duplex
-2 bedrooms
-furnished with stove, washer, drier, couch, tv, room is empty
-1 bath
-fenced in yard
-no pets
-patio
-dock in the back yard on the hillsborough river
-good group of guys dont party except for every once in a while like holloween ect.

Costs
-first and last months rent and a 325 security deposit
-325 a month plus half utilities every thing adds up to about 400 a month
