I'm looking for a 3 or 4 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage (garage not mandatory) within 30 minutes of tampa.
I'll have $950 for deposit by 2/1/08, and up to $1100 for first months rent by 2/15/08. Prefer to move in no later than 2/1/08.
3 responsible adults (2 are 55+) and one declawed/neutered cat.
We're never late on rent, and are willing to sign up to a one year lease agreement.
Current housing situation unacceptable, need a change fast!
Keep the application 'fees' to yourself.
