Looking for a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment or house in zhills or wesley chapel. If anyone knows of one please let me know. Not looking to spend over 700/month for a one bedroom.

join the club man all i can find in zhills or dade city is 2 bed and i dont have anyone i can think of that would be a good roomate 1 beds are hard 2 find there all bought up!

Yeah, 1 bedrooms are hard to find, especially decent ones. Try townview apartments (I believe that's what they're called - they're managed my Bingham Realty and are located right behind publix in Zephyrhills). I've got ONE 2/2/1 coming up in August - $850/month and ONE 3/2/1 Available for $1,000/month. They are both in the same complex, and brand new (one prior tenant in each unit). [b]Thorough[b] security check applies - $55 App fee. They're located off Dairy Rd. in Zephyrhills (6777 Dairy Rd). I'll keep my eye out for you guys though.

check the new apartments off of happy hill road. they are still filling up the apts. P.S. I dont know the name of the place, just know its off of happy hill

Look in the shopper or the flyer or the paper or ride around Zhillz. there our alot of 2 bedroom Apt/Condo shit for like under 700 a month that are ok.

I've got a 2/1 (pet free and smoke free) for $650. It's going to go fast though. Located on the corner of 8th street and 15th ave in Zephyrhills. 1 Prior tenant, 1 year old.
