Heard on the radio that while volumes dropped, prices are still up, at least locally.

If your using year to year it's up. But look from the last 3 months and prices are down. What's going to happen when they can't use last years #s anymore? Oh boy what till you see what the numbers will be then

So lets just stop using last year that's gone. let's talk what the market has been doing since January.
