Help!!!!!!!!!!ASAP!

K, I am super new to this so bare with me.

I am having 2 issues.

1st is that I am trying to update my profile with my preferences and such like likes and dislikes and when I hit submit after filling it all out it goes back to being EMPTY. ?????????? this is sooooooooo frustrating I am literally pulling my red hair out.

Also, I uploaded my avatar succesfully and also my profile pic which I can see in the control panel BUT my profile pic is NOT appearing on my actual profile but it is set up in the control panel?? I can see it there...what the Hell?

Can someone please explain this? I am going insane here.

Its poor programming, make sure you put something in each field.
