Okay, so now that you're sterile, does it still feel the same when you bust a nut? |

.... :X I wouldn't take it that far. I'm thinking I really need to get this done. Nothing would be worse than getting some chick pregnant when some fat guy is about to get through suing me for all I'm worth. |

Yes, i am digging this thread back up from the dead.
Well, can't let God down, yo. I kept up my word: Just had it done yesterday. Man, what a mindfuck. I hate people touching my nuts, but damn i felt more than violated while getting this done. In reality it was more mental pain than physical, but it was still there. He did it QUICK. Took him 10 minutes total, and he stopped to fix a dvd movie halfway through, lol. ![]() Girlfriend drove me home, i was a little sore and shakey (I'm a wuss, unlike Frankie). I had planned to drive myself home, but very glad I got the g/f to do it instead. Was bothering me the rest of the evening enough for me to take the two tylenol he put in my bag. Later that night, i went to sleep fine and even slept and dreamt OK and everything. Woke up this morning on my side, much better than i was yesterday. Right now, i barely have any "pain" at all, with it being 10% real physical pain and the rest psychological... but even then it's just that feeling you get when you watch someone being kicked in the nuts on TV, that visual pain, you know? Incision site only "bit" a little yesterday after the procedure, nothing that the tylenol didnt immediately remedy. Now, i don't feel it at all, and after i took a shower today (cupping my balls like it were a jar of explosive nitroglycerin liquid) i took a look and it looks like it's healing very well. Almost no blood on the gauze, and although my left testicle (the only one that's actually giving me any real pain) looks a little darker/blacker, but it could be because I have them all squished upwards near me to prevent any collapsing of any veins and causing a hematoma. So far, although it was one hell of a disturbing 10-minute procedure, i feel very confident everything is extremely well and i won't be seeing any issues in the future. I'll go ahead and recommend this dude to anyone! He was very quick, proficient, and EXTREMELY skilled. Another great thing was he wasn't like a lot of doctors i knew, he wasn't all creepy and quiet, he was talkative and made some jokes and explained everything that was going on -- helped a lot to keep my mind off what was going on. Staff there was also great, really nice ladies that were hilarious. No regrets.

Nothing, insurance covered it. Lots of options for coverage. Title X, insurance, lots of different programs. It's sad that the government doesn't set aside more money for it through grants, yet they keep pumping out money for lower-class individuals (white trash and ghetto darkies) to keep having more and more children without any reliable or sufficient income.

Hahah, awesome. tell him that if i had to do it all over again, i would have. and would have brought my own video camera! It's definitely weird, especially for me (i even hate it when my g/f gets anywhere to touching there), to have your ballsack manipulated around like that, but after that, there's really not that much pain afterwards. Right now it's been 49 hours and after the surgery. From what the doc says, technically i can already have sex again, but I am really not in the mood for that just yet.
I will have to say that hopefully James has a non-strenous job or NEEDS to pick up heavy things or anything for a week. If he wants more info or has questions, i have no problem getting very detailed. I'm a huge advocate for this, so big thumbs up! Thanks! ![]() Quote:
But it's not like i can't go "pregnant huh, well obviously it wasnt me you cheating skank!!! "

What he refers to as no-scalpel, he uses instead a pair of very fine surgical scissors to make a super tiny cut, and then stretches this cut/hole into a large hole to pull the vas out through. This avoids having to use stitches since the skin is stretched apart, rather than cut -- pushing blood vessels away rather than cutting through them. No laser would be the avoiding of using laser. Using laser would be 100% stupid in this scenario and provides basically no benefits whatsoever. No needle refers to the oldschool use of a large hyperdermic needle to inject the local anaesthetic. He uses a Madajet device that sprays a superfine, ultra-powered mist to penetrate through the skin and into the vas to numb it. It feels like someone snapping your balls with a rubber band. It feels really annoying, but it isn't nearly as painful as a straight up needle would be. Hope that cleared that up. Update # 4 i guess: Since my last update, i went through a pain period that the doc informed me would happen, since the sperm has nowhere to go and just builds up in the tubes... it was rather strange. Think of Blue Balls syndrome, and think of it about 1.5x more painful. For some reason, each of my testicles took a turn hurting... lol. Lasted for about a week. I would use sex and fap-time to try to alleviate the pain, seemed like it helped. NOTE TO ANYONE DOING THIS: HE TELLS YOU TO USE TYLENOL AT FIRST, ONLY USE TYLENOL. AFTER A WHILE ON THE INSTRUCTION SHEET, FOR SOME REASON HE SWITCHES TO SAY TO USE ADVIL OR IBUPROFEN, IT IS NOT A TYPO, !!!!USE IT!!!!! I started using Advil after i had been using tylenol for longer than I needed. Tylenol SUCKS for this! Advil almost totally got rid of the pain... but i only used it for the last two days of pain.... Anyways, after a while, i started ejaculating blood (also normal) but it kinda weirded me out the first time, second two times it was expected, after the 4th time it started to fade out. Probably finished going away after 6-7 ejaculations, with a weird period of no-blood in between the 5th and 6th time. The last two were very rust-colored. Havent seen any since, and it's been about 15 or so ejaculations since then. Completely pain-free now. I can tug on my weiner and balls like i used to and I have sex on the regular again. If i hit my balls for whatever reason, it does still hurt a little more than it used to and for a little longer, but it's getting better now. Semen production seems to be a little bit less than I had before, but orgasms are still much nicer, i have more control over things down there it seems, and I have just as much sex drive as before. Awesome procedure.

After that, i made sure to just fap all the blood out to save her from seeing it. I'm a good b/f ![]() I find it kind of ironic that it's a big deal for you two if I have a little blood in my semen and you guys have much larger volumes of pure blood come out your vag's every month ![]()
