When you get married, does the guy buy both rings?

my and my gf were talking about it, and I said I buy hers and she buys mine, but she says I buy both.... so which is it?

that's actually a really good question.... i've heard of the guy buying the engagement ring and both people splitting the cost of the band set.

The bride pays for:
- The groom’s wedding ring

Traditionally. I don't think most weddings go 100% by tradition, and honestly the grooms ring isn't that huge of an expense.
