Before Carter, they offered turk 36 mil for 4 years. Apparently he wants 50 mil.

When the last time Wallace was a post presence? That's not his game. He is a midrange shooter that loves to shoot threes. His defense is still good, but his post presence isn't what I would call great right now because he barely uses it.

They may end up starting that Anderson guy at PF, depending on how the rest of FA shakes out. May not be such a bad thing. When he gets minutes, he seems to be pretty solid. Most games when he played over 30 minutes, he ended up with pretty good stats: 20 pts 4 reb, 13 pts 11 reb, 21 pts 9 reb, etc. He may end up being pretty productive if he fits into their scheme.

Everyone seems to agree Wallace is heading to Boston. So far I've heard Orlando's name in connection with a couple people, but I don't think they've actually made an offer to anyone yet. Gortat's verbally committed to an offer sheet from Dallas (and with VC on the books, I'm not sure Orlando will be able to match it, whatever it is), and Turk's fielding calls left and right, so he's all but gone too. They NEED a backup C, if they don't end up finding another F, they could probably be okay, but who knows.

Raptors gave magic 8-9 million for the trade? I'm confused on where the 8-9 comes from. Someone care to explain?

They paid the Magic 9 million dollars to sign Hedo, then trade him to the Raptors rather than simply signing him as a free agent. It changes the way he affects their cap space. Im not exactly sure how though.
