I won't lie, i'd pay 350-500 for another AK, but 1200 is definitely ridiculous, they are selling brand new for under 1000(typically around 800ish) Only ak ive seen go for close to that in the last month is an Arsenal and it wasn't even 1200, usually 1000-1100
