fucking hate verizon for not having fios in my neck of the woods

it just pissed me off when I called the installer out on it and I got "Oh you can call and get it swapped out"
But why in the first place would you give out a remote to a new customer that barely works, looked like it was chewed on by a rat and tell them to fix it when they ask you about it. |

the moral to all these is no one likes customer service. IVR includeds...nothing like talking to a machine...by the time you get past that you get a tech that may or may not be able to help you. You're upset b/c a service doesnt work, you want it to so you call in only to find out that you need a technician. 3 techs later still not able to discern the issue you call in again this time more mad then the last and finnaly your ready to cancel so you do then you call the competitor...guess what they have the same issues to b/c its all inter related and we all get no where...life is too short to argue...but it can be fun most take things to seriously. Everyone has a right to want service and to get it. We all have jobs we all provide just indifferent ways......
