I have never had so much trouble paying a fucking bill in my entire life!
Verizon dsl fucked up and didn't charge my card the correct amount of $37.95. They charged $1.00 and they can't fix it from their end and said if I don't pay it, they will shut me off. I went online to their site to pay it. That tool is unavailable, please call 1800 blah blah. I call, this system is unavailable, please call 1800 blah blah. I call them and they say they can't freaking help me. I call verizon dsl back and they tell me if I get shut off in 10 days, then they can charge my cc the right way again and service will be restored in 24-48 hours. What the fucking fuck is that!? This is their fucking mistake to begin with and now they tell me I will have to wait to get disconnected before they can fix the problem?! |

i hate verizon simply because i called to get a quote on Fios and a recording came on and said "our call volume is to high so call back later" and hung up on me. i wouldnt mind waiting to talk to someone, hanging up on me wasnt needed
so im staying with BHN. also a buddy of mines internet was out for days and muhammad jihad on the other end couldnt help him out so he booked a work order and nobody showed up, called again and spoke with mr jihad again and still nothing way to go verizon!

I hate people that call in @ my work, threatening to go to Verizon, and it's not even in their fucking area... I can understand if it is, but, to pull stupid shit like that is beyond me, especially when they're hundred's of miles Away from the closest wires...

When Optus cable came online is australia, i wasnt in an area that could ge it but Bigpond still dropped their rates across the board, even in areas where it wasnt available. Why would they do that?.. because they understood that when it WAS in that area people would go through the hassle of changing cable companies to save that $30 a month.. and if swapping wasnt going to save them any money, 90% of people wouldnt swap. When it comes right down too it the agregate difference between BHN and Verizon services isnt that huge.. they both have their ups and downs.. but when its alot cheaper on one side.. then the reason to switch is there. Not giving the consumer the savings until its crunch time is not treating the customer like they mean more than $$$ to a company. And now for my Verizon rant... the wireless on the MI424WR is less than pleasing.. been having isues with it with my wifes new laptop. Luckily they left the old DLink here and i set that up to do the wireless, and turned the wireless on the WI off, problem solved. Still they need to do something about the WI424WR wireless stuff though. |
