Unable to receive Email from TF/TR using RoadRunner Email. Follow this.
If you are current using RoadRunner for your email service (Name@tampabay.rr.com) and are not getting email follow the steps below:
1. Log into RR Webmail: https://webmail.tampabay.rr.com/ 2. Go to your Junkmail folder. 3. Look for anything from TF/TR. If you find anything click on it once and hit the "NOT SPAM" button. If you are still not receiving email click on the "Settings" button. Click "Junkmail" under Mail Management. Make sure the option for "Delete the email" is not selected. Next click "Settings" again. Click "Allow and Block Messages", Select "Advanced Block Senders" Now add "admin@tamparacing.com". Click "OK" at the bottom. You should now receive email from TF/TR. |
