i got caught racing doing 100 in a 45 .... got a mandatory court ticket and got away paying $191 and 3 points

Thats why you race smart and not on the main or business roads..  Been racin on the streets for about 7 years and only 1 ticket that had to do with racing..

I only rocked a sus license for 2 years no big deal.. it fucking suck so bad i have mine back now..only 2000$ later.....

Try 1 year probation, a little over 160 hrs community service (picking up trash, washing windows & washing the city vehicles, piss test every month for a year THAT I HAD TO ALSO PAY FOR, & over 2k in fines and court fees..  Not counting the day in jail and what i still have to pay back my homegirl for getting us out... 
 
OH and all i was doing was 51 on a 50, They called it "STREET RACING" because my friend was riding alond side of me, also speading...
We both got locked up...   It was either all this or a year locked up and no license!
 
Texas doesnt play.....

just to bring this back to clarify i wasnt racing anyone i was just cruising down the interstate when i got the ticket that suspended my license but it happened in alabama

I just got over the same shit 12 points in 12 months, good thing i had good insurance or i would of had to carry a sr22 for 3 years.  And yeah you have to take the ADI 12 hour course before you can get your liscense back.  $84 for the class and $45 to reinstate the liscense=GAY!!!!

shouldnt be a street racing. its dumb and immature. someone that was street racing side wipped my husbands car and he was hit head on and unfortunatly did not survive!! AND NO HE WAS NOT STREET RACING!!!!!! HE WAS DRIVING HIS DD, that was never worth racing!!!

I hate the fact that because of all the young people out there street racing esp in Honda/Acura, now I got profiled as being one of yall. I have never raced on the street. I belong to SCCA where its legal and you dont have to worry about hurting anyone!!
The next time you think about street racing, think about people like me who lost a devoted husband that only raced at legal venues and think about our 2 children who have to live the rest of their lives without their daddy because of some fuckin tool racing down Bloomingdale Ave.
My hubby was only a 1/4 mile from home!!
Your street racing can devestate lives, think about that next time you wanna play in the street. Real car enthusiast respect the roads and race at thier local venues!!!

the person who was responsible for my husbands accident got Vehicular Manslaughter and his license has been taken away.....doesnt bring my loving hubby back but atleast i know he wont be out there driving like and idiot, seeing as both my kids are now starting to drive. and they learned on the track with their Mommy
